Refund and Returns Policy

Registration, donations and player fees are non-refundable. The proceeds from these fees go to the organization regardless of whether the game is played or not. We will do our best to have the tournament and play the games, but unfortunatley there are sometimes circumstances outside of our control.

Online purchases of Heroes At Bat apparel and accessories are not refundable. If there are issues with your order, we will do our best to work with the 3rd party vendor to help resolve the issues.
